As already said most business sue and get sued, cost and part of the business world.

then they claim a taxable loss of the 66%, so a net loss was much less.
It would have been easier for the company to fold and walk away.
Any company that files deserves credit for trying to pay back their creditors and saves jobs.
by the way bankruptcy requires all employees and taxes be paid in full

There was no contract. He can't take a joke. The birth certificate was short form. It wasn't the original, and had a bar code on the bottom. Bar codes didn't exist in 1946. Trump wouldn't accept a long form birth certificate that Obama produced that was confirmed original by the governor of Hawaii. This is the guy you want running the country.
