It was while she was First Lady in Arkansas when Bill was Governor. And yes it is documented and it did happen. Her behind the scenes incidents have been documented for years, especially her disrespecting State Troopers in Arkansas and Secret Service Agents while in Washington. It is difficult for hard core Dems to hear or read about her disgusting behind the scenes personality because they have "tunnel vision" and only digest her on camera personna, not the whole picture.
