That's certainly a possibility also.
Although I don't personally frequent the classifieds often (I already have too much 'stuff'
), my first thought when I see used items priced below $20...is that the seller may be having financial issues and is trying everything to mitigate those issues.
If so, I have a deep empathy for them.
