Investigation or not, they will NOT indict Hillary during an election. No one wants to be charged with interfering with an election, which would be a felony. They may throw someone to the dogs, such as Debbie, but NOT Hillary.

If Hillary ever faces any charges, it will have to be AFTER the election. If she is elected, it will be an impeachment, but only if the Republicans hold on to their majority. Otherwise, she will go free, knowing that the corrupt system has supported the CLintons once again.
