I highly recommend Joe Caputo for all home audio/video work. He hung 2 tvs, moved outlets and installed speaker wire in my attic for entertainment center. He was on time, neat, pleasant and true to his word.
Conversely, I cannot recommend Villages A/V. He came and gave me a quote, we agreed on an install date. He never did the work and did not return phone calls and emails. I consider him to be unprofessional.
You have to take the good with the bad and that goes for reviews, as well.
