Recycling
The trash cans at Santo Domingo mail station were overflowing with mail that could be recycled. Doubt if there is anyway to handle that, but it would be nice if people would take it home and recycle. Just put all your papers and bottles and cans in a paper bag and I'm sure they will take them. Clear bags are suggested,but they are very quick to recognize recycling.
