Do they catch the offender or tag the car that came just before or just after? What is their threshold for citing a driver? They aren't red light cameras, if they were they would have a sign posted on a pole at the intersection. Those small cameras up on the guide wires I see all over, even when I was back in Maryland. However, I was in Spring Hill last week, that's southeast of here about 60 miles where Weeki Wachee Springs with the mermaids is located. I had my Garmin GPS turned on, but no destination selected and I got a beeping alarm just before an intersection, when I was nearer I could see a 'Red Light Camera' sign. I've never had that alarm go off in this area, but I will definitely pay attention when I'm in other areas.
