I would say that the evidence indicates that Hillary isn't up to task. The 2012 attack in Benghazi lasted 13 hours and the FAST team located in Spain was only a three hour flight away from Benghazi, but the State Department spend most of their crucial decision-making time trying to determine what the FAST team attire should be for their arrival in Benghazi.

At the direction of the Administration, the FAST Team wasted their time changing back and forth 4 times while Benghazi burned. It seems Obama and Hillary didn't want to offend the Libyian government with a U.S. military presence.
