The original post is another wake-up call that you should not go with an HMO plan, but with a PPO plan, so that you can choose amongst various doctors and specialists, and to get a second opinion.

Also, it's a mistake to stereotype and brand all the doctors in the entire practice for the apparent neglect of a single one.

If they haven't paid the bills by now, I'd seek a reputable, not rabid, medical malpractice lawyer.

Malpractice lawyers have plenty of good reasons to be here, in NYC, Boston, Miami, L.A., Houston, Jacksonville, Orlando, Rochester, MN.......and anywhere.
