I do enjoy seeing concise answers to questions.

If the OP's intention is to shorten the driving time of his wife's commute to work in Ocala, then I think it's definitely a good idea to buy in the northern part of TV. Just be forewarned that once your wife sees all that TV has to offer, she may change her mind about working.
