If it's culture, then white culture is better than blacks culture because nowhere is there a successful black culture.

The truth is very painful to the Globalists and Socialists but the fact remains Billions upon Billions have been poured into federal and State programs in an attempt to give the urban poor a chance to lift themselves from their circumstances over the past 50 + years .
A few have done so the vast majority have not . Consequently the quality of life in those communities is more hopeless , more drug addled and more violent crime impacted than ever before .
There is zero family structure and opportunity and ambition begins at home within the family . And no matter what the Dems say -- a traditional family with a father and mother at the helm works best .
