A rental could be called new when it’s sold by the builder or original owner? As everyone does their due diligence when making a house purchase here, I suppose the purchaser will understand how the house was used in the past eight or more years. I would change the new to slightly used.
Are the Villages now using other houses in other areas to replace the need for these houses? Just curious.
