As always, caveat emptor.
Perhaps someone who bought one of the lovely homes on Lake Sumter will explain just how the warranty reads. Or someone who bought any of the homes previously used for lifestyle visits. It simply looks to me that the choices available under listings were new or pre-owned.

I would guess that anyone who has sold this many homes would not risk their reputation by doing something fraudulent. Especially when it is not necessary to do anything underhanded to sell new or used homes here.
