OH for heavens sake. It has been done repeatedly that Life Style Homes are sold. The transaction would be as a new home only as a technicality, it would appear to me. If these were shady transaction and anyone had the wool pulled over their eyes their would be outcry to high heavens by now.

We looked at several homes by Lake Sumter and thought they were overpriced. Some were adjusted down in price when they didn't sell right away, but I remember noting and having the conversation with the agent hosting the open house that the furniture was not in brand new condition. It certainly was not presented to us in any way as an attempt to sell something without full disclosure. How dumb would that be? They haven't been preowned and they aren't spiffy new either. AND the developer will sell them for as much as they can be sold for.
