We stayed in one of these units 2 months ago. They are certainly maintained and cleaned to perfection but the concern about them being passed off as new is not valid. It is obvious they are not brand new. Anyone could tell rite away and TV doesn't strike me as a place that wouldn't disclose the previous use of these homes. Anyone who lives there is fortunate indeed....for the correct price.
