Bookmark this thread/post, because I predict in the not too distant future all TV homeowners will be required to register their personal carts and display their registration on their windshields or somewhere else on the cart that is prominent.
That will stop those dozen or so carts a day, that have the unmitigated gall to use and destroy
our trails.
