So, if The Trumpanzee is worth $10 Billion, why didn't he whip out the checkbook and start writing checks for $5,000 or $10,000 to the flood victims? It would like you and me giving $5 or $10 - which all of us have done.

This was just a photo op for him and he looked very stupid in his suitcoat while the others were dressed in checked shirts and overalls.
