Just because you ask for an extension of time to file an answer doesn't mean you get it. If the court sees it as a delay tactic it may not be granted

The Court has the power to drag her fat ass into court if it's 30 day ruling is not complied with.

She would answer the questions. under oath (not that that matters for her) in an examination room or in the Court.
