we are needing homeowners insurance, who have you found that will treat you as a person,, NOT a number,, that is compente and prices that are in line. I realize there is no free lunch. What have you found the must have for coverage items? I understand we all have different homes and limits, but what items do feel are must haves and what to leave off. We are worried bout sinkhole issue, as all of us are in this area. Thanks in advance for any knowledge you care to share
