never filed bankruptcy ever.
He had 4 companies that filed a chapter 11, do you you know that in an 11 people are paid albeit less but better than zero.
all employees are paid in full along with all taxes as mandated under the Bankruptcy Act.
In an 11 the company and all employees kept working, it is a positive not negative thing to do rather than close the doors and walk away, it's called reorganization, thousands of companies exercise their rights to do so.
