Although not provable to a non believer, I though empirical evidence, 30+ years of seeing, in NYC, with my own eyes illegals stealing federal, state and local services by many different methods. It is not limited to hispanics there are russians, Asians, etc. The identity fraud alone is incredible. In many instances one person in a family is legal and many receive services. I have seen it all, if you think there are checks and balances, think again.
