You may want to consider almost new houses. If 2-4 yeArs old, many have put in upgrades that might suit you. Upgrades if you like them are not only about price but as we can verify, all the hassles from sellers, installers and inspections afterwards. We put in many additions and 90% of them came with added stress. The 10% we could have kissed their feet. There were a lot of "never do that again!" moments.
