Does he coddle to the stupid minority kids? Or does he have standards and if you don't meet them, you're out or left back? Because our "educational system" has gone to sh!t since the 60s and especially "no child left behind".
How does he feel about "part time" (with 180 day contracts) teachers who work less than half the year, demanding more?
