Default Unusual Develpment involving Villages Developer

A classified in today's Daily Sun caused me to do some research. I found some interesting documents and maps at the website for the St. Johns River Water Management District.

Mid Florida Properties LLC (a Morse-owned company) has submitted plans for "Construction of an 7-lot single-family residential subdivision with associated roadways and treatment in natural depressions to serve as retention basins, a 45-acre project. The proposed project includes a multi-use pedestrian path from the existing First Baptist Church at the Villages (126862-2) to the east to the permitted Soilliere Villas (144290-4) to the west."

Attached are two pages from some of the documents which show the plan. It is just south of Rt 42, more or less between the First Baptist Church and the new Villages courtyard villa neighborhood which is under construction.

Let's see ... 7 lots on 45 acres. What could it be? Maybe the Morse Family Compound, Part 2? Maybe an Oxford Oaks type of development (non-Villages, non-age restricted), but premier type of homes? Maybe ...?

By the way from aerial maps, two of the lots already have a house on them which appear to be quite nice.
