They must take the blame themselves or they will not succeed in pulling themselves out of the ghetto. I have many minority friends that have succeeded but, that was pure will power on their part.

Forgive me but-realize that YOU use the term minority but what you mean is BLACK and HISPANIC. The solutions will not be easy BUT, the LIBERAL GOVERNMENT CONTROL of our country since the 1960's in it's attempt to solve problems HAS MADE IT WORSE.
While I did not vote for OBAMA I would have been proud to admit I was wrong. If, you recall Obama got 56% of the vote. Obama got 98% of the Black vote and typical of the LIBERALS anyone who did not vote for Obama was called a racist. LOOK AT THE NUMBERS-Blacks are NOW 13% of the population to get 56% of the vote Obama got roughly 42% of the total vote. Had the non-black vote been as RACIST as the black vote Obama would have gotten roughly 28% of the vote-THE WORST DEFEAT IN AMERICAN HISTORY.
Obama was give by ALL AMERICAN PEOPLE a unique opportunity to work together to solve our problems.
Instead UNLIKE MANDELLA in south Africa Obama CHOSE to fan RACISM. REMINDER-OBAMA RECEIVED 98% OF THE BLACK VOTE AND ALMOST HALF OF THE NON-BLACK VOTE AT 42%. Clearly, Obama has left a divided country. On one side are the gimmmmmmmeeeeeeesssssss and on the other side is the people TIRED OF THIS PARASITE.
I grew up in poverty-far worse than we offer,GIVE people on WELFARE. My parents were MARRIED. My parents were there for us until they passed away. My parents led us by EXAMPLE that if you need or want something YOU WORK FOR IT. For the blacks the numbers are 80% of black babies are born to UNWED MOTHERS-WHAT CHANCE DO THEY HAVE?
I've dome pretty well for myself. I DID IT BY WORKING HARD AND SAVING HARD. I never asked for OR TOOK ANYTHING FROM THE GOVERNMENT OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
WE HAVE CAUSED THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE ALLOWED THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE ALLOWED BEATING WELFARE TO BECOME A WAY OF LIFE AND HARD WORK TO BECOME STUPID. SUCCESS IS NOW EVIL.
Turning it around, will be difficult and painful. Both Hillary and Trump CLAIM they will build jobs. Welfare is like a DRUG and too many of our people are hooked on it. We have been the dealers. To break this addiction we must not only create jobs BUT WE MUST MAKE LIFE ON WELFARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
