Had the same problem with a Company car. A Ford Taurus, the hood, the roof & the trunk lid bubbling up. Turns out it was from the deodorant the men were wearing when they painted a whole lot of cars. Thru the suite it reacted with the paint and goofed up many vehicles. They repainted the entire car for free. I love Ford but the paint jobs are not top notch. My F150 was black and had swirl marks that nobody could remove and they would not repaint the truck. Lesson learned, no more black vehicles and never accept delivery in the rain.
