I drove by this dog park a few days ago. It is about 3/4s of an acre and has two sections which are fenced in with a chain link fence. It is on the side of the archery range away from where the arrows are usually pointed as far as I can tell.

It is at the south end of Paradise Drive near Lake Paradise. That is just off of Wales Plaza. Avenida Central becomes Wales Plaza across from 27/441.
