I understand...and it's not just here.
I spent 40 years in an industry that touted fairness and equality with company propaganda, yet when my upper management peers were alone with me (whereby they mistakenly thought I was somehow like them)...their real racism/prejudice came forth.
Funny though, not a single one of them wished they had been born black...I wonder why?
