We are using a realtor but her response to the not selling is to reduce the price of the house $10,000 every month!!! 1906SF house at $125 per square now and she wants to reduce the house another $10,000. She has suggested a stager but, this only wants to bring in 2 side chairs, an area rug, small table between the chairs, and a picture on the wall. Not nearly enough for this large living room.
That is why I am asking if anyone knows of stagers that I can get another option.

If you want an accurate price for your home and don't trust in the realtors comparable pricing. the easiest way to do this is have your home appraised by a professional appraiser. It will cost you dollars, but will give you the satisfaction of knowing a more "accurate"? price.
But, remember sales are very slow now...even in the villages.....right now it is a
buyers market....meaning too much inventory for sale.
attend your own open house and see how buyers react when they come thru. Don't let on its your home. Then you can make changes to appeal to more buyers.
