Really?? Stay away?? Prices MAY be higher because there are more designer homes in Pine Ridge. And yes the taxes in Lake County are a scosh higher than other areas but not a deal breaker for a great lot, beautiful home, and convenient amenities. And only 8 minutes to Sumter Landing!
