Also, a lot of people don't want a 4-bedroom home. They could get a 3-bedroom home there, without the furnishings and cart (which makes for fuzzing price of the actual home), for maybe $25k less, and have pretty much the same thing on the same land.

Taxes go by the price of the home. They don't change much with a 25k price change.....
Lake County Fruitland park DOES have a bond. Pine Ridge off Brinson is $24,900
