.some people can afford multiply homes...get over it....many others also come down from the north and want a winter home
I am a South Florida Broward County Realtor.....and I do know how to read a tax forms.
people with multiple homes cannot claim homestead exemptions, and are sometimes not over 65.
My figures are correct.
I also live in the Villages....lets get that straight. I love it but choose to use it as a vacation/weekender home.... No law against that...
