You don't get it..."welfare" is just a pass-through. The government gives the poor money that they spend on certain products. Real estate tycoons like Trump benefit from section 8 housing vouchers. Corporations like Kraft, Tyson, etc, benefit from food stamps. "Welfare" is a get rich scheme cooked up by the wealthy.
