If the BLM movement wanted to really be taken seriously, they would be protesting this censure. This is one time when the black community was reaching it's hands across the big racial divide that we have in this country. Trump took the initiative to reach out, and the black community was reciprocating. So, what happens? The liberal media sabotaged a great thing. Whether or not this was Trump's attempt to gain votes is moot. The point that the Black community wished to respond positively showed that they took it seriously. This could have been a very telling moment in history, whether anyone wishes to laugh it off or not. I give a lot of credit to Dr. Carson as a mediator.
