Hillary Clinton is having a rough start to her Labor Day rally, battling a stubborn cough.

The Democratic nominee took the stage in Cleveland coughing uncontrollably, holding her hand up looking like she needed a Dr before turning it into a joke about her opponent, Donald Trump: “Every time I think about Trump I get allergic.”

Several people in the crowd began shouting “get her some water.”
