I noticed that, also. I laughed when I read that the privately owned remaining land contiguous to the Morse property could be purchased using the "fast take" process. That sounds like a well thought out plan. This was actually proposed by Ms. Tutt! Purchase the Morse property; then purchase the remaining surrounding property using the court system to force the owners to sell. Not to mention the access and parking issues with this location. It is so obvious, and yet, I'm afraid the district supervisors are seriously considering this foolish endeavor.
