Or it could be a separate membership fee like the fitness or woodshop facilities, but that wouldn't have as many payers as Priority Golf-Pool-Tennis, who are basically buying a "country-club" type upgrade.

The priority memberships still require a substantial user fee each time the facility is used; as much as $8 per person for tennis, $30-$40 for golf?; pools are free, but are open to families. I wonder how many people would be willing to pay $5-$8 each time plus a monthly fee to use an indoor swimming pool. I'm guessing very few.
