I would think him being a Lawyer and have taken an oath to up hold the laws of the USA, that his religion should not make any difference.
Again in the USA we do have the Freedom of Religion, and no matter what religion he is should not matter

Try doing some traveling outside of the U.S. some day. Do you really think we would have a FREE country if we had a Muslim majority? If so, you are a fool. We are free BECAUSE of the Christians that came before us. You would be wise not to forget that. There will NOT be any liberals in this country if you lose the Christian majority. Only countries with a Christian majority enjoy the rights to a liberal view is one wishes. Think about that a bit.
