I believe the "indoor pool" request has been on the annual survey for several years. Now the developer has decided an indoor pool would be beneficial for some residents. I shutter at the thought if the Morse family ever relinquishes control of the paradise they built. Having it run by the residents who only want to pay a pro rated fee for the amenities they only use, is folly. For what is available, it's truly amazing and inexpensive. IMHO

I don't use all of the amenities but I don't begrudge anyone who does. I am not a pool person so I don't have a dog in this fight. I take comfort in the Morse family saying their grandchildren will take over the running of TV, so my concern level is zero.

I lived in a condo in CT before moving to TV and the condo board did a lousy job. TV system seems to run like clockwork. IMHO If the inmates ever start running the asylum, I may have to rethink my viewpoint!
