Please note there is an Architectural review Committee that reviews all changes outside the house on the lot, and you must obtain their approval before starting any work outside. If you are not clear on this process, talk to your realtor and get a copy of the deed restrictions for the area you are looking at. As I recall the villages you named are in VCDD 11.

I agree with many of the above comments. The villages you mentioned are relatively new so there may be limited comments.
