Let's compare this to a TYPICAL night in the exact opposite...an area that is 99% black or Hispanic.

Chicago has a shooting a night. Detroit has rapes and killings. Same with EVERY predominately black area. Disagree? Where is it like here? What 99% black are is like the villages? What black area will you find the ONLY thing to go wrong, and cause arrest...is having sex "in public". Or an argument over a chair. That's the WORST that villages seem to do to each other. Barring domestic crap. There is a HUGE difference between the villages and a 99% black area, isn't there? So WHY encourage that to spread?

The HIGHEST STD rates are in the minority infested inner cities. EVERYTHING "bad" is highest in the inner cities. Killings, rapes, AIDS, drup use, EVERYTHING. And WHO lives there? Not the Cleavers, they're here in the villages.
