Now I understand about all of the bromeliads! It definitely would be difficult to maintain hundreds (?) of bromeliads, insofar as the mosquito problem is concerned. However, regardless of a large amount of them, if fresh water can be watered into the cup, mosquitoes will not be a problem; they only breed in old, standing water. Still and all, most people are too lazy.
