I encourage anyone else that is owed a refund for services not performed contact them also if you are not getting any response from the CFTS office.

My neighbor, up the block, was promised many services (all-in-one package) every two months and that has been a miserable failure. I have been watching CFTS for several months in anticipation of using them, but the consistancy of service is totally absent. Yes, they mow occassioally but trimming and fertilizing etc are totally absent. I suspect they will be let go quite soon.
