Lets see 2 out of the last 3 Republican Presidents doubled the national debt
Reagan took the debt from 998 Billion dollars to 2.8 Trillion dollars
Bush I ran it up another 1,568 Trillion dollars in 4 years
Clinton increased it 1.5 Trillion in 8 years , YES Clinton increased the debt LESS in 8 years then Bush did in 4 years
then there was Bush Ii , Clinton had us on track to pay the debt off in 15 years BUT no Bush II comes in cut taxes took the debt from 5.8 Trillion to 11,6 Trillion increased it 101% and left office in the worst recession ever, one that was as close to a depression you almost couldn't tell.
WE have never gotten out of a depression or a recession as deep as this one with out going into a major war ( like WW II ) until now
YES if you want to run the debt up even more maybe even double it vote Trump, he already said he wants to cut taxes for the rich
I guess the last two " trickle down tax cuts " that didn't " trickle down " and doubled the debt weren't bad enough.
