They seemed to have done a major revamping of Findlaw's site. Looks like it is a lot more user friendly.

They also seem to have a section to help out Crime Victims http://criminal.findlaw.com/crimes/crime_victims/ which is a good idea as many of the law and public libraries I have checked on their websites for materials for victims/survivors of crimes have a link to the Findlaw website but have next to nothing that is geared specifically for crime victims.
