Seems to me, every time we let them try, they fail. Why do they still NEED quotas? Because people don't want to hire them, and it's NOT the color of their skin because the NBA and NFL prove that. WHEN they're good at something...we hire them!

Hey pal I am generally on your side . I had a front row seat to
so called " affirmative action " for over 35 years . It`s a huge fairy-tale . Executive Management only plays the game in order to keep the Gvt at bay and their bonuses flowing .
