While there are SOME LSV brands they may be measurably safer than your typical golf cart, most LSVs are just your basic golf cart frame and drivetrain with a few safety add-ons that can be added to a standard golf cart. All/most LSV brands do NOT have stronger frame construction, 4 wheel hydraulic brakes, windshield wipers, seat belt HARNESS. Your basic LSV has a single piece polycarbonate windshield that can be added to any basic golf cart, rear drum brakes only, the exact same frame as it's golf cart counterpart, NO wipers, and a lap seat belt.
