I really like the idea of another gas station. The Shell on 466A is usually much higher than others in the area. A little competition will be good.

BTY, there are other places in Florida that are not crowded but you won't be near any shopping, doctors, hospital and etc. etc. In addition, you might have to drive a long way to find a decent golf course or a recreation center. Nah, I will take the convenience of driving my golf cart (if I choose) to all the places I need to go. Fore.
