Margaux is an area of villas in Hemingway. We were waiting to buy until they were built but decided to go ahead and buy a patio villa in Holly Hill Villas in Duval. Quite a few of our neighbors live in their patio villas year round and love the ease of upkeep which allows more time for fun. I don't think you can go wrong either way.
