I would really like to know what the supporters of Trump mean by this promo pitch. You see, I have asked several red hats around the Villages, but no one seems to be able to give a sensible explanation. You see I think America is GREAT now. During the last eight of the Obama administration, unemployment has improved from 7.2% (under Bush) to 5%. The cost of gas back then was $3.25 per gallon. The last I filled up I paid $2.03. The uninsured rate was over 15% of Americans… it is now 9%. GDP growth has grown from -0.3 to +3.7%. The DOW Jones went from 10,000 to today’s over $16,000. Teen pregnancy as a result of planned parenthood initiatives is down 40%. The agreement with Iran’s government has resulted in a reduction of 75% in the number of centrifuges as the deal is working contrary some conservative circles. And the idea that our military is weak is just hogwash according to the pentagon and independent military think tanks.
Most important is that we have not waged any senseless wars as the prior leaders did in invading Iraq.

So, what is it that we should go back to? Seems like we as a nation have seen marked improvements over our prior leaders. So, don’t buy on to all the false rhetoric but do some fact checking before you support a movement that you cannot support with facts.
